Registration Policy
STRICT NO-REFUND & NO-TRANSFER POLICY. All ticket sales for EIR2026 are final. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following: No Refunds: Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for any reason (including medical emergencies, travel disruptions, or "change of mind"). No Transfers: Tickets are issued to the named attendee only. Re-sale, gifting, or transferring of tickets to another individual is strictly prohibited and the ticket will be voided without a refund. Attendance: If you do not attend, the ticket is forfeited. Chargebacks: Any attempt to dispute the charge with your bank will be contested using this signed agreement as evidence.
